Description

The Car Wash next to the St. George Church plays loud music all throughout the day. It is not at an acceptable noise level. It disturbs many people in the neighborhood. When asked for the guys to turn down the music from their big speaker, they turn the music down briefly, then it gets turned up again. This is a nuisance and noise violation. Please help!
