Thank you for reporting the issue to the City of Bridgeport. Since Housatonic Community College (HCC) is a state educational facility, we contacted them on the issue of the need for a safety signage in the vicinity of their lab school. We are awaiting their response and will update you when we have one. Regarding the thirty-minutes grace period at the parking meters for parents dropping off their children, we will contact the Parking Violations Enforcement office to see if this is a possibility.
